1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sportzio mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sportzio ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

Sportzio (Package ID: com.js.sportzio) is a Flutter-based mobile application that provides:

• Real-time sports scores and updates from various sports leagues worldwide
• Interactive sports-themed puzzles and brain-teasing games
• Live match tracking and push notifications via OneSignal
• User account management and authentication via Supabase
• Google Sign-In integration for easy account creation
• Personalized sports content based on user preferences
• Referral system to invite friends and build community
• In-app contact support system for user assistance
• Real-time presence and activity tracking
• Offline puzzle gameplay capabilities

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content provided through the App.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the App, you may create an account using:

• Email and Password: Traditional registration via Supabase authentication
• Google Sign-In: Quick registration using your Google account

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Real-time presence tracking is automatically enabled when you use the app.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Push notifications may be sent via OneSignal to keep you informed of important updates.

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by Sportzio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

5.3 Sports Data

Sports scores and statistics are provided for informational purposes only. We obtain this data from third-party sources and do not claim ownership of such data.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Free Service

Sportzio is provided as a free service to all users. All features of the App, including live sports scores, puzzle games, notifications, and personalized content, are available at no cost.

We are committed to keeping Sportzio free for all users. There are currently no premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases required to access any functionality within the App.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing to use our services.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, but these Terms will remain in effect regarding any prior use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sportzio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
